This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sous chef to charge of their first kitchen. My client is a beautifully restored small hotel, currently with multiple rosettes and looking to move forward.
The property has a mix of business, but all relatively small numbers, and organised in a controlled fashion. This year they will be doing 6-8 exclusive use weddings, with set menus for approximately 100 guests. There is also casual dining in the bar lounge to be considered, as well as the more refined restaurant, which has already had a significant amount of press attention.
