Our new client is looking for an experienced chef to help develop their establishment.
The property is a large casual dining venue, circa 80-100 covers, serving salads, sandwiches and well sourced beverages.
The ideal candidate should be forward thinking & commercially aware, as well as to be able to put systems in place & train existing staff.
The property is currently focused on breakfast, lunch and post school trade, and as such is closed for the evening. There is no intention to change this in the near future.
Essentially this is a great opportunity to take an already promising product, and help develop & elevate it into something special.
NOTE: There is no accommodation supplied for this project, so you must either be local to the area, or source your own.
This is a hands on role for those that actually move a business forward, rather than daydream about the job title.
