- Brigade of 8 chefs
- Closed two days a week

The following package is on offer to the ideal candidate:
- £27,000 pa DOE
- 28 days of holidays
- Temporary accommodation, help with relocation – if needed
- Guaranteed fixed two days off per week
- Week off at Christmas
- Potential to get promoted in 6months to Sous chef.
