They offer casual dining in a refined setting, no table cloths but sumptuous seating and surroundings.
They are looking for a Sous Chef who can support the Head Chef & help move the business forward.
The new Head Chef is looking to refine what they currently have and then build from there – they aren’t interested in looking to reinvent the wheel. The ideal candidate will also be able to show great leadership qualities to invest in his team.
£5-6,000 Service charge
Live-in available, off-site – own transport would be an advantage.
