This award-winning property in the Lake District is looking for some support for their kitchen, a Sous chef in Cumbria.
Cooking at a 1-2 rosette level will be required for this position, and the property regularly does 50+ for every service.
As Sous Chef, you’ll be expected to deputise for and support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen and food operations. Prove yourself to be a valuable member of the team and there will be potential opportunities for growth and promotion within the group.
The client will also invest in your personal development with accredited compliance training and a Hospitality specific online training platform.
£2,000+ pa tronc
45 hour contracted working week
