We are looking to recruit a Pastry Chef for this Cotswold based establishment, to work under a proven Executive Chef.
This can be a busy property (100+ covers on Saturday night is not unknown), so not for the faint-hearted or those that want to play with micro herbs & tweezers – You must be well organised and a great man-manger.
£5-7,000 annual tronc
Minimum of 4 years working at a 1-2 rosette level, as a CDP or Pastry Chef.
Proven track record with logistics & man-management.
Experience in delivering quality products from fresh produce in a volume environment
