Our client is a well-run boutique food-led multi-outlet operation in the Cotswolds and is looking for a new Head Chef, to work under the guidance & support of the Chef Director

They will offer casual British dining in a refined setting; an informal small & sharing plates dining room; a large wedding/banqueting operation and event catering.

They are looking for a Head Chef who can support and lead the team, be integral to the senior leadership team and share the business’ ethos and philosophy  – they aren’t interested in looking to reinvent the wheel.

The ideal candidate will also be able to show great leadership qualities to invest in his team.
